The deliverable
The sample packet leads with the determination, then shows the event chronology, radar geometry, source record, scoring factors, and limits on use.
Radar products estimate hail near the property, and ground reports carry location uncertainty. The report does not determine whether hail struck a particular surface, caused damage, or created a covered loss. Those questions require site-specific inspection and policy review.
